Business reports for our Sims community are important. I have
implemented this report section for members of our community to research
a company before doing business, and to leave input on companies with
whom you have dealt.

Kitchenaid
I found that besides having great quality products,
Kitchenaid stands behind what they sell. I purchased a 12 cup
Kitchenaid coffee maker in November of 2006. The following November
only TWO DAYS before the warranty was up, the coffee maker stopped
being programmable AND overflowed. I contacted Kitchenaid Customer
Service and was greeted very pleasantly. The representative asked me
if I still had my receipt ~ since I had ordered online I had my credit
card records. The rep told me that they were going to upgrade my
purchase to a 14 cup coffee maker and gave me my choice of the same
color that I had originally purchased, which was red, OR I could
choose from black or all stainless. On my part, I had to ship them
the broken coffee maker in the box (postage paid) that my new one
arrived in. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with the outcome,
and will not hesitate to buy or recommend Kitchenaid products in the
future.
